Blog
This blog is where I share about bipolar disorder, psychosis, psychiatric hospitalisation, diagnosis, self-trust, fear, hope, and rebuilding a life afterwards.
Some posts are personal essays and creative writing from my own lived experience, while others are gentle information posts to help make sense of common themes and questions. This is not clinical advice or a replacement for professional support - it is a space for honest writing, human understanding, and the reminder that you are not the only person trying to make sense of what happened.
You can download the mind map summaries in The Recovery Room.
I would also love to share writing from others with lived experience, so if you would like to contribute a piece, please email me.

I am more than bipolar, not less.
