Partnerships & Collaborations
Life After Being Sectioned was created from lived experience, but my hope is that it becomes part of a wider conversation about what people need after psychiatric hospitalisation, psychosis, and bipolar diagnosis.
I’m interested in connecting with people and organisations who care about making mental health support more human, honest, accessible, and compassionate.
Whether you work in mental health, peer support, research, advocacy, writing, education, or community care, I’d love to hear from you if you feel there could be space for collaboration.
Mission
Life After Being Sectioned exists to help people feel less alone after psychiatric hospitalisation, psychosis, mania, sectioning, or diagnosis. Through lived-experience writing, practical resources, and honest conversations, it offers support for the confusing in-between stage of recovery.
Vision
My hope is for a future where life after crisis is spoken about more openly, where people are supported beyond discharge, and where no one has to rebuild themselves in silence.
Values
This project is rooted in lived experience, compassion, accessibility, honesty, dignity, creativity, and the belief that people are more than what happened to them.
